About Us

Since 2001

Chip and Tammy bought a cottage in Bemus Point the Winter of 1984.  "When spring thaw came 'Aha!' What a place we lived in!"  Ever since, we have lived and loved in our beautiful lakeside community.  In 2001, we went from living as nearby neighbors, to becoming owners of Bridgeview One Stop. 

The next few decades the Schack's business and their family grew simultaneously.  "Our two girls grew up standing on a milk crate at the register."

It's still our goal, after two decades, to meet our neighbor's and visitor's needs without them having to interrupt their lives and vacations in Bemus to leave to get great food, wine and such.  That is why we now have a full service pizzeria & deli as well as a liquor & wine store, bakery & fuel including non-ethanol for lake craft.  We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as take-out.  Everyone can make one stop and get back to life!
